This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website (the "Site"). 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if not sent using our provided return label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mike@dopebees.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion, to make it right. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods, such as THCa flower or other hemp-derived products, due to their perishable nature and regulatory restrictions under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) (7 U.S.C. § 1639o et seq.).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item according to this policy. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item through the Site.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason and without justification, as provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at mike@dopebees.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Note that non-returnable items, such as perishable goods (e.g., THCa flower), are excluded from this cooling-off period due to their nature and regulatory restrictions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Compliance with Hemp Regulations
All THCa flower and hemp-derived products sold through our Site comply with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) (7 U.S.C. § 1639o et seq.) at the time of sale and shipment, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Due to the perishable nature of these products and potential changes in chemical composition after shipment (e.g., decarboxylation due to environmental factors), returns of THCa flower or other hemp-derived products are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp products.
