SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are self-fulfilled by our team. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Processing times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.

Shipping and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may also access your tracking information by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or logistical disruptions.

Shipping Destinations and Costs
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Any applicable taxes or duties will be displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Expectations
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy. Proof of damage may be required for claims involving damaged goods.

THCa Flower Compliance and Post-Shipment Considerations
All THCa flower products shipped by us are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill at the time of shipment, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, after leaving our facility, THCa flower may be exposed to environmental factors such as heat, light, or time, which could cause decarboxylation. This natural process may convert THCa into Delta-9 THC, potentially resulting in a product that exceeds the 0.3% Delta-9 THC threshold. We are not responsible for changes in the chemical composition of THCa flower products after they have been shipped, as these changes are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding the possession and use of THCa products.
